Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe offers two ways to license the Creative Cloud within our ETLA Campus contract on campus computer workstations:

1. Licensing on a serial number basis (without providing personal information)

You will receive all Adobe CC products 2018, without software updates. This variant is also recommended if only Adobe Acrobat is used. Formulate your request by e-mail to helpdesk(at)hochschule-trier.de.

 

2. Licensing on the basis of a Federated ID (with transmission of personal data)

You will receive all current Adobe CC products including updates. It is imperative that you give your consent to the transfer of personal data to Adobe.

IT workstations administered by the computer center
  1.  Request the Adobe CC Client by e-mail at helpdesk(at)hochschule-trier.de
    We will install the Adobe CC Client on your IT workstation.
  2. Start the Adobe CC Client and enter in the field e-mail address: hochschule-trier.de (no password). After clicking the button Login you will be automatically redirected to the university's login page.
  3. Log in here with your user ID. When you register for the first time, it will be listed again which data will be transmitted to Adobe. Confirm this with Accept.
  4. Select the Apps tab in the Adobe CC. In this tab you will find a list of all Adobe products. Click on Install to install the desired product.
Self-administered IT workstations
  1. Download the Adobe CC Client for Windows (1) or Mac for installation.
  2. Start the Adobe CC Client and enter in the field e-mail address: hochschule-trier.de (no password). After clicking on the button Login you will automatically be redirected to the university's login page.
  3. Log in here with your user ID. When you register for the first time, it will be listed again which data will be transmitted to Adobe. Confirm this with Accept.
  4. Select the Apps tab in the Adobe CC. In this tab you will find a list of all Adobe products. Click on Install to install the desired product.

(1): Unzip the download file. Execute the setup file in the Build folder.
