Meetings & Protocols

The AStA holds a public meeting every Wednesday at 4:30 pm during the lecture period, to which all students are warmly invited to attend.
Meetings are held in room 12-104, with a few exceptions.

• Meetings in the Teestube during the 2025–2026 spring semester: April 29, May 27, June 17.
• Meetings in 24-136: 15.04.2026 
  
  During the break between semesters, the AStA meets online once a month on BBB.

Different dates in the 2025–2026 winter semester:

• September 17, 2025: Online meeting (BBB), 5:30 p.m.
• October 22, 2025: No meeting (internal workshop)
• December 17, 2025: Meeting room change → 24-136
• Feb. 25, 2026: Online meeting (BBB), 4:30 p.m.
