1. What other functions do I have when participating by phone?

Once you are dialed into a conference room by phone, the following key combinations are available:

  • Key 0 - Switch mute/unmute on or off.
  • Key * - Switch all audio functions on or off (including reception)
  • Key 3 - Increase transmit volume (telephone microphone)
  • Key 2 - Reset send volume to standard
  • Key 1 - Decrease transmit volume
  • Key 6 - Increase receive volume (phone speaker)
  • Key 5 - Reset receive volume to default
  • Key 4 - Decrease receive volume
2. Tips for connection problems

In case of connection problems the following measures often help (perform in the given steps until the problem is "hopefully" solved):

  • perform a reload of the browser (Ctrl + F5),
  • restart the browser,
  • restart the computer.
3. Why can't I find my recording?

When recording a video, it may take some time after the meeting until the video is available. If no video appears even after a longer waiting period, please contact our helpdesk with your login name as well as the room name:
