Lectures

Prof. te Heesen is head of the bachelor degree programme in renewable energies (B. Sc.) at the Environmental Campus. For prospective students, there is introductory information on the contents of the course, the course of studies and the professional fields. Students will find further information on the course of studies with important notes on the individual semesters.

Prof. te Heesen offers numerous courses in the Bachelor's and Master's programmes. In addition to basic subjects, these include in particular contents on (regenerative) energy technology.

Projects and Thesis

Practical training plays a central role in the bachelor's and master's degree programmes at the Environmental Campus. For this reason, project work is planned for all courses of study, which students are to work on independently in an interdisciplinary group. At the Institute of Operations and Technology Management (IBT) there are ongoing projects on current topics in regenerative energy technology.

In addition, Bachelor's and Master's students have the opportunity to write their final thesis at the Institute of Operations and Technology Management (IBT). The topics relate to current research questions that are being dealt with in the Institute of Operations and Technology Management (IBT). In particular, students from the Bachelor's programmes in Renewable Energies, Industrial Engineering and Environmental Planning, Applied Computer Science and Environmental Informatics and the Master's programmes in Environmental Energy Technology, Business Administration and Engineering and Applied Computer Science will find topics for their master thesis.
