How to apply with a German higher education entrance qualification

Prior to starting the appropiate application procedure, please check if you are eligible for admission.
Do you have obtained your university entrance qualification in Germany such as

• General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur)
• University of Applied Sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife)
• Subject-related higher education entrance qualification
• University entrance examination for vocationally qualified persons
• Graduation from a German school abroad - this does not include schools abroad that are part of the PASCH initiative
• Certificate of the assessment test of a preparatory college (Studienkolleg)

Or did you already received an Admission Letter for an earlier semester.

Please use our electronic application portal STUDIS, which will be opened in May . 
This guide will help you.

Upload all documents directly to the application portal.

Send the Application Form (Application Form SBT/SBL / Application Form Exchange SBL) by email to international.admissions[@]umwelt-campus[.]de.

• Application review: We will confirm the receipt of your application via e-mail. The evaluation may take up to ten weeks.
• Admission: If your application is successfull, you will receive your Letter of Admission by e-mail.
• Visa and enroment: You can use your admission letter for a visa (if required). You will also receive instructions for the online enrolment via STUDIS when the online prtal opens.
• Before your studies begin: We wil keep you informed about the next steps, importatnt deadlines and your arrival at the Umwelt-Campus Birkenfeld, including accomodation information.
