Examination periods for examinations on campus * 

Repeating examinations (during the course period):
Department UW/UR: The examinations begin approx. four weeks after the start of the courses and extend over a period of approx. four weeks.
Department UP/UT: The examinations are held from the beginning of the semester (1 March or 1 September) and are distributed throughout the lecture period.

Main examination period:
The period begins in the first week after the end of the course period.
The aim is to complete the examinations within up to five weeks.

* Note: The submission deadlines for term papers and project work may differ from this. Please note the special registration deadlines for projects in particular (15 May and 15 November). The examination dates are usually at the end of the semester, but the registration period ends during the semester. The usual 3-day deadline does not apply here - early registration is therefore essential to ensure participation (de-registration deadlines: 30 May and 30 September).
