Study entry phase

At the beginning of this term we offer you a warm welcome and preparatory events to help you find your way into your new life, learning and working as a university student.

For all international students:

Check out the "Welcome - Starting your studies at UCB"- online course. It will give you a quick and easy overview over all things connected with the start of your first term at UCB. You can use it as a wiki or work through it collecting points and comparing your results with your peers. You can access the course as a guest user (use button "guest") or you can choose to enter your student user ID (use "student ID" button).

Welcome week “Flying Days”

The Flying Days offer a number of informational and organisational events at the environmental campus Birkenfeld just before lectures for the winter term begin. Every autum this event is organised to give you the chance to meet your fellow students during a number of fun activities including sports, cultural and design workshops.

Participation in the Flying Days is mandatory for all bachelor students.
