Enrollment in the dual Bachelor's program in Production Technology (dual B.Eng.) is no longer possible. This program is being phased out and will be replaced by the new dual Bachelor's program in Mechanical Engineering—Product Development and Technical Design (dual B.Eng.), which will be offered starting in the 2026/2027 winter semester.
The programme Production Technology combines a bachelor of engineering with a vocational training with a focus on production technology. A combined degree programme links indepth academic studies with practical hands-on experience. During the non-academic training phases students receive a salary, hence benefiting from financial security.
The programme is offered exclusively in German.
