The expected project research results will be a transferable concept of waste value generation in Peri-Urban Environments of Megacities. The project research combines methodological research (Waste classification, Waste Value Potential Analysis, barriers and systems of separate collection, eco-industrial location analysis) with research on practical implementation (waste flow analysis, finance, administrative support, appropriate technologies, catchment area, steps of implementation, public relations, education).

After official evaluation of the project by the BMBF, further results will be published here.

Due to the general situation (COVID-19) the research and development phase is not planned.
