The project bundles cross-border competencies for the identification of actors, for the mapping and localization of quantities of goods, for the analysis of goods flows and logistics, for the development and testing of tools and services as well as for the networking of actors in the local food supply in the Greater Region.

In the framework of the project, the following services, among others, are offered to the companies:

  • Inventory and forecast
  • Development of tools
  • Testing new forms of organization
  • Establishment of a cross-border organization to supply local food to the out-of-home catering sector
