The project pools cross-border competencies to analyze agricultural supply and food demand, identify industry actors, test and develop tools and services, and network local food supply actors in the Greater Region.

Different objectives are pursued within the project:

  • Inventory of material flows along the food supply chain.
  • Testing of new forms of organization
  • Development of tools
  • Mobilization of the actors
  • Establishment of a cross-border facility for the supply of regional and high-quality foodstuffs to the out-of-home catering sector
