SENIOR Activ'

The SENIOR ACTIV' project aims to improve the living conditions of senior citizens and older frail people in the Greater Region by taking measures to achieve the following:

a slowdown in the physical and mental aging process,
an early planning of the adaptation of the living space in order to prevent falls, which accelerate the loss of autonomy
and preventing growing loneliness and loss of social ties.

The project will carry out cross-border trials, which will make it possible to find solutions at the following levels:

in the immediate vicinity to facilitate good aging in your own home;
in the vicinity to improve the immediate environment for the elderly;
and in the wider environment to implement concerted cross-border prevention strategies in favor of active and healthy aging in the Greater Region.
