You can obtain instructions, support, assistance and individual advice via the channels listed below.

IMPORTANT: Whenever possible, use the general service addresses and telephone numbers listed here instead of the "private" addresses of the individual employees of the IT-Department. This is the only way to ensure that your matter is dealt with promptly, even if you are ill or on vacation.

At the ServicePoint you will receive personal advice, valuable tips and quick help in case of problems. In addition, various adapters and cables from the IT sector are available for loan. For the submission of forms, please use our mailbox in front of the door to the computer center in building 9917 OG.
