Various services and applications are available to employees and students under a contract with Microsoft. Licensing is based on a Federated ID (with transmission of personal data).
IMPORTANT: The system is hosted in the Microsoft Azure Cloud, which means that the IT department can only provide limited support in the event of technical problems. In addition, the exchange or storage of personal or other sensitive business data is not permitted. There is no backup for all data and information stored there.
