COOPERATION WITH REFUGEES AND INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

The projects Welcome, INTEGRA and PROFI offer networking opportunities with companies in the region to refugees and international students at Trier University of Applied Sciences (in Trier, Birkenfeld and Idar-Oberstein). Our aim is the sustainable promotion of internationalization in the region. We actively counteract the current shortage of qualified professionals.

    POSSIBILITIES FOR COOPERATION AND COLLABORATION

    • Internships for refugees and international students: Be the first to meet qualified employees. We are happy to mediate.
    • Job-Shadowing & Senior Mentoring - A typical working day in the company: Gain a first impression of a potential employee and give an insight into the daily work routine in your company.
    • Company visits / presentations: Present your company to potential employees from the best side.
    • Theses & practice-oriented or voluntary projects: You have a specific research issue / question or would like to take a new approach? Do you have a project or an event where you need support? You need a new perspective? You want to develop a strategy? Let a student / group of students develop a solution concept and get to know them as potential employees.
    • Job advertisements & trainee positions for refugees and international students: We are happy to mediate and inform our refugees and international students.
